Welcome to the Brave the Waves Virtual book club! Dive deep into the book Me and My So-Called Friends. and explore the roller-coaster 15-year-old life of Lizzie Stein.
You will explore social-emotional learning skills and build resiliency through 10 engaging virtual seminars that is lead by a facilitator who is certified by the Ontario College of Teachers.
Who is it for?
Middle-school kids who are 11+ years old.
Gather your school friends, neighbourhood friends, and even that friend that you met on that school trip last year. All book club members can be from anywhere and everywhere because this Brave The Waves Book Club is virtual!
How do you meet?
Our workshop facilitators will invite you to join the book club by Zoom. All you have to do is click and off you go into Lizzie’s world!
What do you need?
The book Me and My So-Called Friends. Available by mail, which will be autographed, too! You can also purchase it here. You also need a smartphone, tablet, or computer.When do you meet?
