The Best Brownies!

I found a recipe for the best brownies! This is the perfect snack, that is ideal to have at that famous 3:00 PM “slump” time, or after you’ve just finished a big project, like recording a podcast. You know when you want something sweet, but not too sweet so you don’t have that sugar crash? Well, honey, look no further because I got your back. This is the snack for you!

Recently, I posted a recipe for these amazing protein bars. They are also one a favourite that I tend to have on repeat, waiting for me in my fridge, because they too are ridiculously easy and super tasty. Notice the theme here. šŸ˜‰ However, they do have a coconut flavour to them, so if you are not a fan, I would for sure check out the recipe below.

Let’s call it like it is. I’m not a baker. Just your average cook who likes to have yummy things around. But when a recipe is easy like this, I look like a pretty good cook. So, in order for me to get on board, wrap my apron around my waist and tie my hair up in a bun so I’m ready to bake, I do have a few prerequisites.

  • It’s got to take 5 minutes.
  • It has to be easy peasy.
  • It’s got to have some sort of health benefit.

These guys tick off all the boxes! The cocoa is loaded with antioxidants, there’s the protein in the yoghurt, and what about the oats? Hello, whole grains, fibre, and a whole list of vitamins and minerals! You can check out the many benefits here.
